Restaurant Review: Broadway, Radisson Blu, Faridabad

Hello Team Cravers!

Faridabad now finally has there own Radisson Blu! Last week I got a chance to visit Radisson Blu, Faridabad. I decided to try their multi-cuisine restaurant, Broadway.

As first impressions, the interiors and decor of the hotel was really pleasing. It was subtle and yet vibrant.

I was greeted by the restaurant manager Sohel, who was really kind enough to show me the restaurant around, he ensured that all our needs are taken care of.
So our dinner started with some veg and non- veg starters, these included mushrooms, paneer tikka, corn kebab, chicken tikka, seekh kebab and fish tikka.

The quality of the food was great, they were all properly cooked and tasted great. Some of the starters that stood out to me were the paneer tikka, the paneer was really soft and was properly coated, the mint chutney served with it was definitely a cherry on the top. In non veg, I really enjoyed the fish tikka, the fish was fresh and just melted in my mouth. Thinking about it right now, makes me want to go back and eat it right away.

After the starters, we moved on to the main course from their buffet. Their buffet serves three cuisines I.e. Indian, Chinese and Continental. We were already so full after the starters that we couldn't try all the three cuisines but we did manage to try the Chinese and the Indian food.

Their layout is not massive but it does have good number of dishes to satisfy your hunger. There was one dish in the main course that really stood out to me, and it was their mutton. That mutton gravy was loaded with Indian spices and the mutton itself was so soft. I really wish to visit Broadway again just to order a plate of mutton and breads!

Then after taking like a 10 minute break from eating and making some space for desserts, (I could not have missed the desserts) I headed to the desserts counter. The desserts section at every buffet is my favourite, one gets to eat so many different kinds of pastries, cheesecakes, Indian sweets.

It was dinner with this one!

If you follow me on my social media you'd know my favourites already, I LOVED the chocolate phirni and the Oats pudding. The idea of oats in the desserts just make them sound healthy and then I don't feel guilty anymore :p

But really even if faridabad is too far for you, I'd suggest you visit Broadway for their Mutton and the desserts!
